Based upon their expertise about the well-known spiritual pilgrimage known as El Camino de Santiago, authors Sara Hollwey and Jill Brierley have written a stunning spiritual guide directing readers on how to walk into their soul. Not only have they accomplished this task perfectly, they have given readers a profoundly new sacred approach to personal awakening. This is a magnificent piece of work.

The Inner Camino in a unique and remarkable book. It is an invitation to embark on a pilgrimage of self-discovery. This journey involves bridging the chasm that separates intuitive from the rational thinking, the inner from the outer world, and spiritual from the secular experience. Readers are guided by narratives, fables, metaphors and exercises from eastern and western religious traditions, literature, philosophy, psychotherapy and psychology. This book is a treasure. It will give you a new perspective on life. Everybody should read it.

Outer journeys help us to find the inner paths that we are on. Our dreaming journey and destinations are emerging parts of ourselves. Sara Hollwey and Jill Brierley show us that life is a pilgrimage to our selves, and that all experiences that we make can be used to find and reconnect with our deeper spiritual selves. Their book is a source of inspiration for meditators, seekers, and travellers in the widest sense.

The mystical and sacred are often relegated to the delusional or escapist and so thedoor to higher dimensions of reality remains closed. The Inner Camino is timely for itreminds us of the true purpose of the journey and provides a crucial key. We can unlockthe door of our self-made prison and walk out any time we choose. The Pilgrimage to Santiago does not end at the great cathedral; that is often a starting point to the inner journey of awakening.

Sara’s workshops helped me to feel more confident about taking on the role of supervisor. The focus on process means there’s great scope for personal development too! I highly recommend this training for supervisors at all levels.

I'm eager to get about a dozen copies so I can give them to my friends and say: "This is a Darn good book. Don't talk to me again unless you've read it."

This really has been the most wonderful journey. It has made me realize the things that I did know about myself and re affirm my values, made me acknowledge the things I didn't know, and address the things that I ignore. The start was unknown, the journey was colourful and the destination was wonderful.... Ever step of the journey was not what I was looking for, but was ultimately what I needed.

Very accessible reading, great examples to explain points, good clear and usable exercises throughout. Easy to relate to...I often found myself going; 'yes I have felt this too'...

Great that the book built up slowly and explained each aspect and explored it, and then as the book moved on these were built upon and referred back helped with understanding and to reaffirm each aspect as part of the journey.

Very enjoyable journey to undertake. I felt like you weren't taking it alone as the 'book' travelled with you and helped carry you along.

Really feel like I have been on a journey and benefited personally from reading this book, I've really enjoyed the contents, the stories, the exercises and the positive progression through the stages.

This book contains valuable, nay, vital information and relays it in a gentle, coherent, persuasive way. It never beats the reader over the head. It always persuades. What a delight that is!

Stage one, especially, is beautiful. Beautiful is not a word I use often about writing. The explanation of dual consciousness is one of the best I've read.

Excellent material is presented to the reader in an excellent form...
